Welcome to the blog!

Here we are.
Things are speeding up and there so much happening in Project New Bamenda.

Remember, Project New Bamenda (PNB) is a process of developing the economic atmosphere in the North West Region. It is designed to propel the region into a new business and entertainment era to its full bloom.
The project will create opportunities for the wild and immense talent, untapped business savvy individuals waiting to be developed. Our role is also in highlighting the great things happening in Bamenda.

Here is your front-row seat. This blog is your opened window to everything Project New Bamenda: how things are going on, who’s on board, who said what, who is doing what, who, what, when, where, how, why … Everything!!!
We naturally named it “For the New Bamenda”. It seems obvious to us since this is the slogan for Project New Bamenda and after, all we’re doing here is for the “New Bamenda”, isn’t it?

“For The New Bamenda” blog takes you behind the scenes and shows you what’s going on backstage. But first of all, this is your space of expression brothers and sisters. At least, we want it to be. We would like you to feel free to express your views on the future of Bamenda, to share your dreams and wishes for Abakwa. This is your place to be, to come, to learn, to share and to express yourselves.
We will equally feature the great things happening in Bamenda as well as highlight our fashionable and trendy Bamendians.

This blog will also feature messages from Project New Bamenda Ambassadors. What this? A Project New Bamenda Ambassador is a North Westerner, a successful person in the community who shares the vision of Project New Bamenda. His/her career is inspiring for young people and he/she is – or would like to be – much involved in the development of the North West Region.

So that`s it! March 29th - PNB Launching date – is around the corner and as we are launching today the Month of The New Bamenda, allow us to express our gratitude to those who are supporting us in this adventure.

We started this because of our passion for Bamenda and unexpectedly, our passion for this project is now powered by your passion.
Thank you.

From Bamenda,
With Love for the New Bamenda

  1. Awesome. Bamenda has always fascinated me. Thus, on one of my rare trips 'up kontri' I wrote a piece titled: I weep for Bamenda. Check it out on my blog: www.canutetangwa.com
